What's New
Main Info Worksheet Expansion
Enter client data into the Main Info Worksheet, which will allow data to flow into all forms in the return PLUS insert appropriate forms into the return based on the client’s data, saving preparers both time and effort.
Show the List of Forms When Creating a New Return
A Return Manager Preference has been added and is disabled by default. With the preference disabled, the Main Information Worksheet displays when creating a new return. On the Main Information Worksheet you will select the type of return and ATX will load the appropriate forms.
To enable this preference, select the "Show me the list of forms when creating a new return" check box in the Return Manager Preferences. ATX will display the Select Forms dialog box for you to choose the forms you want to add to your return.
Preparer Tick Marks
Every tax professional wants to ensure that every return is completed accurately and without error. Preparer Tick marks help to reduce data entry errors by making it simple to incorporate return review into their workflow.

Form Status on Print Dialog
If a return contains forms not approved for filing the status will be displayed next to each form:
- Approval Pending - the form is a draft and has not been finalized by the agency; the paper filing approval process is pending
- Electronic Filing Only - the form is only used for electronic filing; paper filing this form is not accepted by the agency
- Non Reproducible - the form is not accepted by the agency for filing, this is a copy for your records only
- Not Approved for Paper Filing - the form is a final version but not approved for paper filing
- Online Filing Only - the form can only be filed on the agency's website; paper filing is not accepted

- Check state limits on the State Calcs tab in Asset Global Settings.
